Whether you are interested in joining NAAVC as an individual or as the representative of an  established church, NAAVC's application for membership is twofold. Please fill out the preliminary application form below AND pay the membership fee. After successful submission of the preliminary application, a member of NAAVC's support staff will contact you for further information.

Please note that your application is not considered complete until the membership fees has been paid in full. Any applicant rejected for membership for any reason is entitled to a full and prompt reimbursement of this $200 fee.
